Safety White Paper Application Form

ASTRO welcomes applications from volunteers to serve on a writing panel to update ASTRO's Peer Review safety white paper.

Every task force member is expected to contribute on calls, participate in writing and work with the panel chairs and ASTRO staff to adhere to the project timeline. Paper development takes approximately 12 months.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 24.

Applicants must upload a statement of interest below that includes:

1. Description of your experience with different types and formats of peer review (e.g., weekly chart rounds, prospective contouring rounds, virtual one-on-one review) (100-300 words).
2. Explanation of why you wish to participate on a safety white paper (250-word-limit).
