Practical Radiation Oncology (PRO)
Launched in January 2011, PRO is the official clinical practice journal of ASTRO and a natural complement to the Red Journal. Under the leadership of Editor-in-Chief Robert Amdur, MD, of University of Florida in Gainesville, FL., PRO is dedicated to improving the quality of radiation oncology practice, documenting the state of current practice, providing background for those in training and the continuing education of practitioners.
Published bimonthly, both online and in print, the journal contains articles relevant to everyday practice and include ASTRO's evidence-based guidelines and white papers. A subscription to Practical Radiation Oncology is included in the dues for all Active, Affiliate, Allied and International members.
