On January 8, 2025, Matthew J. Marzano, was sworn in as NRC Commissioner, filling the last open seat on the Commission. His term expires June 30, 2028. Mr. Marzano most recently served as an Idaho National Laboratory detailee on the Senate Energy and Public Works Committee where he advised the committee on policy matters relating to clean air, climate and energy.
