Adding ROhub to Your Safe Sender List

If you are not receiving digests from ROhub, including your daily Open Forum (ASTRO's all member community) or any other community digests you might be subscribed to, please talk to your IT team to be sure that [email protected] and [email protected] are on your safe sender list.

A safe sender list is a list of email addresses or domain names from which a spam filter will allow digests and messages to be received. Spam filters are intended to prevent unsolicited email messages from appearing in your inbox.

If you use your work email address (e.g., [email protected]), you'll need to work with your IT department or vendor. Please ask them to add the following domain and IP addresses to your organization's safe sender list.

Domain: @connectedcommunity.org
IP Addresses:

  • 54.240.14.78
  • 54.240.14.79
  • 54.240.14.80
  • 54.240.14.31
  • 54.240.14.32
  • 54.240.14.106
  • 54.240.14.216
  • 54.240.14.217
  • 54.240.14.218
  • 54.240.14.219
  • 54.240.14.220
