Safety White Paper Application Form

ASTRO welcomes applications from volunteers to serve on one of two panels:

  • Adaptive Radiation Therapy (ART) safety white paper
  • Radiopharmaceutical Therapy (RPT) safety white paper

Every task force member is expected to contribute on calls, participate in writing and work with the panel chairs and ASTRO staff to adhere to the project timeline. Paper development takes approximately 12-18 months.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 6.

Applicants must upload a statement of interest below that includes:

  1. Description of qualifications, areas of expertise, and any previous experience related to ART or RPT (100-300 words). Please specify what type(s) of ART and RPT agent(s).
  2. Explanation of why you wish to participate on a safety white paper (250-word-limit).
