Advance Shipments to Warehouse

If you are planning to ship your booth materials to the advance warehouse, your shipment should arrive on or between the business days of Thursday, January 23, 2020, through Friday, February 21, 2020. Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The GES warehouse will be CLOSED 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. daily and on government holidays. A late fee will be added for any shipments received after Friday, February 21, 2020.
