Projection is ASTRO's official AV provider for the 2020 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium. No other AV companies can be used during the meeting. Take advantage of Projection's early-bird AV rate until February 14, 2020.

GES is Head and Neck's offical General Service Contractor for the 2020 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium. GES handles all advanced warehouse shipping, booth designs concepts and more. Take advantage of GES's early-bird Booth Services rate until February 5, 2020.

All electrical and hard wired internet services needed for the exhibit hall has to be ordered through PSAV at the The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa.
