2024 SCAROP Meeting
The SCAROP Annual Meeting will be held in person in Arlington, Virginia, Friday, April 19, 2024. The meeting will commence with a networking lunch at 11:00 a.m. and will conclude at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. View the full schedule of events.

Guest Policy
Only SCAROP members are invited to the SCAROP meeting. A SCAROP member may register one guest from his or her institution to attend either in place of the SCAROP member or in addition to the SCAROP member. If you wish to bring a guest or have a guest go in place of you, please complete the Guest Registration Form.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received two to three weeks before the meeting.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
- No refunds will be given for requests received after the deadline.
- Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.

ASTRO has set aside a block of rooms for attendees at the Crystal Gateway Marriott. To make your reservation, call the hotel directly at 703-920-3230 or use the reservation button below. Please mention "SCAROP Attendee" and book by March 25, 2024, to obtain a room at the ASTRO rate of $309 + taxes.
Housing Policies
ASTRO will NOT cover costs for attendees’ hotel stay. ASTRO will also NOT reimburse travel and incidental expenses for attendees (airfare, train, personal vehicle miles, cabs, gratuities, meals, additional room charges, etc.).
Hotel accommodations will be the responsibility of the individual. The hotel will ask for a personal credit card when reserving your guest room for your overnight stay. A $50/day fee will be placed on your credit card for any potential charges. If no incidental charges are incurred, the hold will be released within seven to 10 business days.
