The Resource Center is filled with extensive information to guide you through your exhibiting experience. From booth design guidelines and order forms to exhibitor listings and policies, the Exhibitor Resource Center will serve as your primary source to organize your booth.

Login Process

Access Resource Center

Exhibitors are required to create a login and password to access the information and forms for planning your Annual Meeting experience. Please note that only the primary exhibitor booth contacts may log in to the platform. If you previously created a password in 2024, you do not need to create a new one for 2025.

Booth contacts may request to have additional staff to oversee housing and registration tasks added to their profile. Please email to request these additions. This request must come from the booth contact already on file. Please allow up to three business days for the contact to be added. The newly added contact will be sent a confirmation email once they have been added. If you have any issues with your login or creating a password, please contact Shirley Harris.

The official registration and housing agent for ASTRO 2025 is SPARGO, Inc. If you are contacted by anyone who is not a representative of SPARGO, Inc., asking if you need assistance with registration or hotel for the ASTRO Annual Meeting, please get as much information as you can and pass it along to us.
