eContouring

This year your Annual Refresher Course registration includes three eContouring sessions. Registrants will receive access to hands-on practice cases in upper GI, breast and lymphomas. These cases give participants the ability to practice contours and compare them to the expert faculty contours.

Practice Case Access

The eContouring practice cases are now available. Please use the instructions below to access the practice cases. The faculty contours are currently disabled and will be enabled after the meeting.

While completing the contouring practice cases before the live session is not required, it will enhance the educational experience.

• Log in to the ASTRO Academy with the ASTRO credentials.
  • Your email is the one you used to register for the course.
  • If you don't remember your password, click the Forgot Password button.
• In the Academy, select My Activities in the top navigation and then the Pending activities tab.
• Select the eContouring session you would like to access under your Pending activities:
  • 2025 Annual Refresher Course - eContouring for Breast
  • 2025 Annual Refresher Course - eContouring for Lymphomas
  • 2025 Annual Refresher Course - eContouring for Upper GI
• Click the Take Course button and follow the course navigation. Use the instructions, case information and homework slice list to complete the practice contours. There is a Resources section in the course if you need help navigating or using the software.
