ASTRO will host complimentary sunrise yoga classes Sunday, September 28 - Tuesday, September 30. Take a moment to breathe as you center yourself in preparation for the upcoming day, both mentally and physically.
Location: San Francisco Marriott Marquis | Nob Hill Room
Time: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Each class is limited to 50 people and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Towels will be provided for each student. Please bring your own mat for the class. All experience levels are welcome!
