The 2024 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium will take place February 29 - March 2, 2024, at the following location:

This symposium convenes radiation and medical oncologists, surgeons and all members of the treatment team for a practical and comprehensive examination of current Head and Neck cancer care.

You can sign up by filling out the exhibitor application found on the Reserve a Booth page. Please send all completed applications to John Barrett and/or call 703-654-6490 with any questions.

When completing your initial exhibitor application, you may select up to three preferred tabletop numbers found on the Exhibit Hall floor plan.

Tabletop exhibits are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with preference being given to meeting sponsors. While every effort will be made to honor your specific request, we are unable to guarantee spaces.

A tabletop booth costs $4,500 for exhibitors.

We strongly recommend you pay by credit card, but we accept check payments upon request. In order to pay by check, mail your original application with check made payable to ASTRO to:

Check payments must be received one week prior to the start of the meeting. All checks that are not received one week before the meeting will cause forfeiture of the exhibiting space.

No, there are no special pricing or discounts for the 2024 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium.

Projection AV is ASTRO's official audio/visual vendor for the 2024 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium, excluding power and internet. All audio/visual orders for exhibit booths should be ordered through the 2024 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium audio/visual order form.

All electrical and internet orders will be provided by the JW Marriott Phoenix Dessert Ridge. Please complete the electrical and internet form to request equipment and service.

Yes, all personnel working the booth must be registered and have an exhibitor badge. You can register exhibits staff by going to the Exhibitor Resource Center and completing the Exhibitor Registration Form.

The Passport to Prizes Program is a booth traffic program that allows attendees an incentive for visiting booths to complete their Passport. General exhibitors who paid the booth fee are eligible to participate for the Passport to Prizes Program at no additional costs.

The 2024 Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Symposium Exhibit Hall will be located in the Grand Canyon Ballroom 6-8 of the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix.

Exhibitor booth set up is on Wednesday, February 28, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. All booths must be set up during this time.

No, Grand Canyon Ballroom 6-8 is fully carpeted. No additional carpeting is needed.

Thursday, February 29: 7:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Friday, March 1: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall dismantle begins Friday, March 1, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors may not dismantle prior to this without Show Management approval.
