The annual Women of ASTRO Luncheon is an opportunity for women in radiation oncology to network and engage on a topic relevant to all practicing radiation oncologists but historically labeled as women’s issues. This session will help women (and men) develop essential professional skills that will help them in their career. It will focus on developing the skills to be a good mentor and a good mentee as well as how to be a sponsor and advocate for others.
