The ASTRO 2024 Exhibitor Resource Center Platform is now open!

Login Process

New for this year, exhibitors will need to create a login and password to access the information and forms for planning your Annual Meeting experience.

Please note that only the primary exhibitor booth contacts may log in to the platform.

Once logged in to the platform, exhibitors will find information on Annual Meeting policies, forms to complete for vendor services and booth planning, past issues of ASTRO exhibitor updates, links for creating and managing your hotel block and much more! ASTRO 2024 Official Registration and Housing Agent

The official registration and housing agent for ASTRO 2024 is SPARGO Inc. If you are contacted by anyone who is not a representative of SPARGO Inc., asking if you need assistance with registration or hotel for the ASTRO Annual Meeting, please get as much information as you can and pass it along to us. A recent article was published in Oncology News Central about the rise in registration fraud at oncology meetings. One of the best tools to combat this seems to be raising attendee awareness.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration is now open! Once the primary exhibitor booth contact has logged into the Exhibitor Resource Center Platform, you will be able to register your exhibit booth personnel for the Annual Meeting. All booth personnel who will be staffing your exhibit booth during show hours must be registered. If you need assistance with registering or have registration questions, please contact ASTRO Exhibitor Registration.

Exhibitor Housing

Exhibitor housing is now open! Once the primary exhibitor booth contact has logged in to the Exhibitor Resource Center Platform, you will be able to reserve a block of rooms or manage existing blocks for housing. Booth contacts may delegate additional staff to oversee housing and registration tasks. For assistance in delegating additional staff, please follow these instructions. If you need assistance accessing your existing hotel room block or have general housing questions, please contact Amanda Tokarski.
