The ASTRO 2024 Exhibitor Resource Center Platform is now open!
New for this year, exhibitors will need to create a login and password to access the information and forms for planning your Annual Meeting experience.
Please note that only the primary exhibitor booth contacts may log in to the platform.

Once logged in to the platform, exhibitors will find information on Annual Meeting policies, forms to complete for vendor services and booth planning, past issues of ASTRO exhibitor updates, links for creating and managing your hotel block and much more! Exhibitor Registration is now open! Once the primary exhibitor booth contact has logged into the Exhibitor Resource Center Platform, you will be able to register your exhibit booth personnel for the Annual Meeting. All booth personnel who will be staffing your exhibit booth during show hours must be registered. If you need assistance with registering or have registration questions, please contact ASTRO Exhibitor Registration.

Exhibitor housing is now open! Once the primary exhibitor booth contact has logged in to the Exhibitor Resource Center Platform, you will be able to reserve a block of rooms or manage existing blocks for housing. Booth contacts may delegate additional staff to oversee housing and registration tasks. For assistance in delegating additional staff, please follow these instructions. If you need assistance accessing your existing hotel room block or have general housing questions, please contact Amanda Tokarski.
