All hard-wired internet services needed for the exhibit hall must be ordered through The Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. Wireless internet will be provided to all exhibitors and attendees during the event. If you wish to add internet services to your booth please contact Kristin Delaney.
Advance Shipments to Warehouse
If you are planning to ship your booth materials to the advance warehouse, your shipment should arrive on or between the business days of Thursday, October 26, 2023, through Wednesday, November 22, 2023. Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The GES warehouse will be CLOSED daily from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on November 23, 2023, and November 24, 2023, in observance of Thanksgiving.
