ASTRO will host complimentary sunrise yoga classes Sunday, October 1 - Tuesday, October 3. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors as you center yourself in preparation for the upcoming day, both mentally and physically.

Time: 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Each class is limited to 50 people and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Mats will be provided for each student by the instructor.
