The Ben and Catherine Ivy Foundation is interested in funding projects on the leading edge whose primary objective is to accomplish one or more of the following in a 12-month period starting no later than July 2010.

1. Enhance the output of a clinical trial for adults with GBM by performing correlative studies which significantly increase understanding of the biologic impact of a candidate therapeutic and/or interpretation of clinical response data.
2. Identify or validate predictors of therapeutic responsiveness by GBM molecular subtype that could potentially lead to patient stratification for therapy selection.
3. Determine preliminary efficacy of novel candidate therapies or validate novel therapeutic targets in GBM models.

This RFP is open to early career investigators working in a non-profit or for-profit organization either in the U.S. or internationally.
