Through generous donations from exhibitors and attendees, ASTRO raises funds for the two organizations featured in the Survivor Circle. Since its inception, the Survivor Circle has raised nearly $140,000 for our partner organizations. We are currently looking for groups from Illinois to partner with during our 2009 Annual Meeting.

Passport Program

In 2006, ASTRO introduced the Survivor Circle Passport System. This system was created not only to help raise money for the groups we partnered with at the Survivor Circle, but to help drive traffic to passport participant’s booths. For a donation of $3,000 to the Survivor Circle, your company name will be listed on a passport that will be given to all attendees. Each attendee can stop by your booth and get a stamp from you. When their passport is full, they can stop by the Survivor Circle and drop off the passport for a chance to win a fabulous prize in a raffle. This opportunity is given to the first 10 companies to make their donation. All donations are tax deductible.
