Important updated guidelines and instructions for submitting an abstract

New this year!  The submitting author and presenting author of an abstract must not have a financial interest with the scientific content in the abstract.  If a conflict of interest exists, the abstract must be submitted and presented by a co-author with no relevant financial relationship or any commercial interest.

Abstract submitters are not required to have a sponsor.
Abstract submitters do not have to be an ASTRO member.

The abstract must be submitted using account information of the individual who will be the presenting author. During the submission process, the account information pre-populates the presenting author module and revisions within the module will not be allowed. (Permission to change who is presenting will be locked.) A non-presenting co-author or a representative of the presenting author may submit the abstract but must have and use the account information of the presenting author.

Forgot your username or password

• If the presenting author has submitted an abstract for a previous meeting or is an ASTRO member and does not remember his or her ASTRO username and/or password; please enter their e-mail address below. If an e-mail address is found, his or her username and password will be e-mailed to that address. 
• To refine and hasten the search, you can also enter your last name.
