Advance Registration is Now Closed
If you would like to register for the Translational Advances in Radiation Oncology and Cancer Imaging Symposium, you may do so on site at the Sheraton St. Louis City Center Hotel and Suites. The registration desk will be located in the Breckenridge Foyer on the 13th floor.

Virtual Meeting - New This Year*
Extend your learning experience with access to the symposium sessions after the meeting. You will receive streaming content that has been digitally recorded live and published as audio synchronized to PowerPoint presentations. You are able to purchase the Virtual Meeting when you register. Please refer to the chart above for rates.
If you purchase the Virtual Meeting, you will receive an e-mail message approximately eight weeks after the meeting which will provide you with a link that will allow you to access it.
Registration Confirmation
Individuals who register online will receive an instant e-mail confirmation. If you fax or mail in your registration, your registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail within three to five business days.
Registration Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be given if written notification is received on or before August 14, 2009.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
- NO REFUNDS will be given after August 14, 2009.
- Registration fees are nontransferable.
- Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
Visa Information
Citizens of foreign countries in most cases will need to obtain a visa to enter the United States. Please note it may take up to three months to obtain a visa. For additional information, please visit the U.S. Department of State Web site. You must be registered and paid in full before ASTRO will send you a visa letter of invitation.
