Advance registration for the symposium is now closed. Registration will be available on site at the Westin Arlington Gateway at the registration desk located in the Fitzgerald Ballroom Foyer.
On site registration hours are as follows:
Thursday, October 16, 2008: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, October 17, 2008: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, October 18, 2008: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Registration forms will be available on site, or attendees can download the registration form and bring the completed form to the registration desk.

Registration Deadlines
The last day to receive the early bird registration fee is September 16, 2008. All registrations received after this date will be charged the higher registration rate. The last day to advance register for the ASTRO Translational Research Symposium is October 8, 2008.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be given only if written notification is received by September 16, 2008. All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. NO REFUNDS will be issued after September 16, 2008. Registration refunds will be processed 60 days after the conclusion of the meeting. Registration fees are not transferable.
Visa Information
Citizens of foreign countries, in most cases, will need a visa to enter the United States. It may take up to three months to obtain a visa.
