ARRO 2008 Program

The Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology holds its annual educational program in conjunction with ASTRO's Annual Meeting. For 2008, the program begins on Saturday, September 20, with the Introduction to Research Seminar in the morning. The afternoon portion of the program is the Practice Entry Seminar. Saturday events will conclude with the ARRO reception at M.J. O’Connor’s Irish Pub in Boston. The reception is a great networking opportunity for residents.

On Sunday, September 21, ASTRO Chair Louis B. Harrison, M.D., will be the guest speaker at the ARRO Annual Luncheon at 12:00 p.m.

The 2008 ARRO schedule of events will also include the Poster Walk With a Professor on Monday, September 22 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the Meet the Professor Luncheon on Wednesday, September 24 beginning at 11:45 a.m. Please note that these programs require pre-registration. These and any other events including meals will have a charge of $15 each.
