Registration Deadlines

The last day to register for the early-bird rate is July 30, 2010. Registrations received after July 30, 2010, will be charged the advance rate until September 24, 2010. Registration received after September 24, 2010, will receive the on-site rate.

ASTRO Full Conference Registration Fees

Full conference registration includes admission to the ASTRO educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall and Poster Session and receptions. New this year, Full Conference attendees also receive the Virtual Meeting.

* Students are defined as being in premedical, medical or related educational program. Radiation oncology residents must join ASTRO as Members-in-Training. Residents from other disciplines must join as Associate members. To be classified as a student you must provide the name of your school and program of study.

Attendee One-day Conference Registration Fees

One-day conference registration includes one-day admission to ASTRO educational sessions and the Exhibit Hall. This registration does not include the Virtual Meeting. If you would like to purchase the Virtual Meeting you may purchase it through the ASTRO Web site after the meeting. If you would like to attend events on Saturday, you must register for those events separately, it will not count against your one-day registration. If you would like to attend more than one day of the meeting (exception of Saturday), you must register at the full conference rate.

ASRT/SROA Full Conference Registration Fees

ASRT and SROA attendees who have already registered directly with ASRT and SROA may attend ASTRO sessions by paying a reduced registration fee. Included in full conference registration is admission to all ASTRO educational session, the Exhibit Hall and Poster Sessions and Receptions. New this year, Full Conference attendees also receive the Virtual Meeting. In order to receive these reduced rates, you MUST provide the registration confirmation number received from ASRT or SROA when you registered.

ASRT/SROA Exhibit Hall Only Registration

Registered ASRT or SROA attendees may visit the ASTRO Exhibit Hall for free. You do not need to register with ASTRO. Your issued ASRT or SROA conference badge will provide you access to the ASTRO Exhibit Hall during hall hours.

Spouse/Family Registration Fees

Spouse/Family registration includes admission to the ASTRO Exhibit Hall and Poster Sessions and receptions. It does not include access to the educational sessions; spouse/family registrants are not eligible for continuing medical educational credits. Only full conference attendees are eligible to register one spouse/family member.

Ticketed Event Registration Fees

A number of ticketed events are being offered at this year's Annual Meeting. These ticketed events require separate registration and an additional fee. Only full conference attendees are eligible for these events. One day conference attendees may only register for the events on the day they register to attend the meeting (exception of Saturday events).

Virtual Meeting

New this year, Virtual Meeting is included with full conference registration. The Virtual Meeting allows you to extend your learning experience by providing access to the ASTRO educational sessions after the meeting is over. You will receive streaming content that has been digitally recorded live and published as audio synchronized to PowerPoint presentations. Full Conference attendees will receive a link approximately eight weeks after the meeting to access the Virtual Meeting.

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before September 24, 2010.
• All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
• All registration refunds will be processed 60 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
• Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
• Cancellations of a registration INCLUDES canceling access to the Virtual Meeting .
• eASTRO Computer Learning Lab session changes can be made until September 24,2010. After September 24, 2010, no changes in sessions can be made online or on-site.
• Due to the high popularity of the eASTRO Computer Learning Lab sessions, the registration fees are nonrefundable.
• No refunds will be given for refund requests received after September 24, 2010.
• Registration fees are nontransferable to another attendee or meeting.

Visa Information

Citizens of foreign countries in most cases will need to obtain a visa to enter the United States. Please note it may take up to three months to obtain a visa. For additional information, please visit the http://travel.state.gov/visa. You must be registered and paid in full before ASTRO will send you a visa letter of invitation. Letters of invitation will be available when registration opens in late June.
