ASTRO's 50th Annual Meeting was held September 21-25, 2008, in Boston. The theme of this year’s meeting was “50 Years of Learning, Caring and Collaboration in the Treatment of Cancer Patients.” Work has already begun to bring the history of ASTRO to life during the meeting by highlighting the accomplishments of our past. A major focus of the meeting was to address lessons learned and future directions.
