Online Housing
Select the “Reserve Hotel Room” button to make your online housing reservations for ASTRO's 50th Annual Meeting. If you are a member of ASTRO, please make sure to use your username and password when signing in to access the member’s hotel blocks. If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password” link on the bottom of the main page of ASTRO Web site or call ASTRO Membership Department at 1-800-962-7876 or 703-299-0158.

Housing Changes/Cancellations
On or before September 5, 2008, you may cancel or make changes to your reservation in writing or online. Written requests should be sent to the ASTRO Housing Center and will be acknowledged with a confirmation within five business days. To change or cancel a reservation online, you will need your confirmation number and the e-mail address you used to make your reservation. Online requests are acknowledged with an immediate e-mail confirmation.
After September 5, 2008, if you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must call your hotel directly. Cancellations must be made at least seven days before your scheduled arrival date or you will be assessed a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s deposit, which will be charged to your credit card. This cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. Please retain the cancellation confirmation from the ASTRO Housing Center or the cancellation number provided to you by the hotel, as this proof of cancellation will be required to resolve any credit card disputes.
Special Assistance
Most of the ASTRO official hotels, as well as the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Hotels will not guarantee bed type or special requests.
