The Career Fair is part of ASTRO’s four-day Annual Meeting and an ideal place to find a new member for your radiation oncology team! Between 8,000 and 10,000 radiation oncology professionals attend ASTRO’s Annual Meeting each year, making the Career Fair a perfect opportunity to interview qualified candidates from across the globe and fill your position opening. In addition, the Career Fair is free for ASTRO members with your purchase of an online career center posting.
Reservations for the Career Fair will open August 16.

Interviews are 30 minutes in length and will be held on-site at the Annual Meeting. Each interview space will include: one online job posting, the ability to schedule interviews, search job seeker resume database, and access to a computer and printer on-site.
Job Fair Location
The job fair will take place October 30 - November 3 in room 25B of the San Diego Convention Center.
Premium Rooms
Private interview rooms are also available for rent. These rooms are ideal if you have multiple interviews to conduct or just need more privacy. A limited number of meeting rooms will be available for three-hour periods Sunday, October 31, through Wednesday, November 3. The cost to rent a premium room is $300 and does not include a Career Center posting. To reserve a premium room, call 703-839-7328 or e-mail Todd Karsteadt.

Meet, network and interview with radiation oncology employers from across the country at this year’s Annual Meeting in San Diego. Post your resume and apply for Career Fair jobs online before the Fair by using the Career Center. Look for jobs marked with the Annual Meeting logo. Jobs displaying the logo will be represented at the Career Fair. Also, be sure to update your schedule online so that employers know when you will be available at the conference.
